it's almost a month since the switch and so far how?
1) phone functions. nothing to shout about, yet. with my previous phone the volume and controls were adequate. I could hear the other side loud enough without going full volume. but with the iphone I turn it on 100% most of the time. kinda no room left for adjustments when in areas with loud ambient noise, or when my hearing starts to go.
2) input. took a bit of getting used to but ok now even for fingers and thumbs like mine.
3) music. ipod in an iphone. need to say more?
4) other functions. thousands of games and apps waiting to be downloaded at a low fee (nah. jailbreaks are for jailbirds). including a very fav early 90s classic remake Secret of the Monkey Island for a price of USD$8! I remember the game went for SGD$80 and it was in an amazing EGA 16 colours.
final verdict? I am liking the new phone-casual gaming device-music player-whatever else but I do sometime wish its just a phone and leave those everything else to everything else. kinda a "jack of trades but master of none".
