finally had my exit interview. after don't-know-how-many times of postponing, the lady who was suppose to conduct the interview finally had time. and even this time threaten to not happen. the company is full of last-minute and draggy meetings. a 3pm - 4pm can stretch to 7pm easy. I bet they are talking about current affairs like edison chen and ntu stabbing. ><
back to the topic. some people say exit interviews are the time to bash. be it personal or aiming to give constructive criticism hoping that the receiving end would take it positivelty and improve from it.
"since I'm not going to be working there anymore or since I'm not going to see so and so anymore, why should I give it/him/her/them face?"
"he/she/it/them are the most bitchiest-est being/bunch I have ever come across! hey come on, I admit I take like a pen a month from the company stationary store but them? they take a ream of presentation grade 120gsm paper home every day! they are friends with the security and their dogs! me? I can't even bear to take the coffee stirrer from the pantry! but don't thank me really. even though I totally deserve it."
actually I do wish I can do that though I really didn't. but I don't want to leave on a bad note. that being said, if not for the fact that the other side is more attractive, I wouldn't leave too. not especially when the world is in recession and what with every tom dick and david stabbing every one else just coz they hit a bump on the road of life.
peace.
