run

after almost a month of small jogs around the neighbourhood, its fair to say I'm enjoying it.

its nice to get the pulse up and the blood flowing. I feel energized.

for now, not much statistical change (aka weight loss) but I do feel lighter (psychological?) and clothes seem looser.

enjoyed the time with wifey when she comes along for those runs. good quality time together even if we don't really talk too much.

aiming to do this even more frequently till my reservist training end of next month and hopefully for the rest of the year, into the rest of my life.

finally getting something going for this resolution. now for spiritual growth.

never!!

is my reply to today's TNP front page line "when will they learn?". which is good for boys who like these amateurish porn/soft porn readily available on the internet.

with the invention of digital cams more than 10 years ago, everyone and their dogs are photographers. even if you can't afford a dumb compact, you can easily pose it up in front of your super 10MP camera-phone-swiss-knife-etcs.

point is home made videos are a lot more common now. and in this me-so-pretty age, you gonna have loads of dumb girls from the age of 12 to 42 with no discretion, taking nudes of themselves for self admiration. or to share with whoever they think deserves.

what these low fauna forms don't realise is, internet is powerful and scary. even after reading so many examples of leaked embarrassments, they are still defiant thinking delusionally from "it won't happen to me" to "I want horny boys to fantasize about me".

and no you can't quite sue the internet. by even having these pics and posting them online, you have agreed to the privacy (lack of) disclaimers.

start growing brains.

does bolo santosi sounds singaporean?

you bet she does, creepily. since yesterday's newspapers reports of this (somewhat embarrassing) voice of a character in a fairly popular video game Just Cause 2, the fan boys and critics in singapore have been cyberspace commenting.

1st, from a singaporean's point of view, it sounds real and irene ang, but you can tell at some parts its very deliberate. in local slang, "gek" out one. and its not irene ang. its by a brit who is suppose to have some links to singapore but the netizens are still debating.

2nd, it's a US game. why not choose german or russian accent? or hong kong accented english if you want an asian?

3rd, how fast will this comedic feature last for singaporeans? I mean, will this one beat ris low's attention whoring antics?

4th and finally, no I'm not going to try that game out. too busy trying to beat jasmine and her steel type pokemons.

how to train your pokemon

caught the latest animation "how to train your dragon" on the big screen. always a fan of animation and its definitely a good thing pixar and dreamworks keep trying to outgun each other in this area. disney are you watching?

been such a long while since we went to the movies. so long that this trip to the cinema seems like a vacation overseas. no, really its that long. anyway, great movie. once again dreamworks managed to unite reality (social pressure in this case) and fantasy (dragons). although relatively predictable story, its still heart warming and fun enough watch.

and so how fares my pokemons? well, the pedometer proves to be pretty accurate and its actually a motivation for me to go for walks or even jogs. so I haven't quite progress too far into the main game due to commitments and stuffs. but this device can really help me train (level up) those pokemons. kinda cool.

I use to just sit down for hours just to get my gyarados to level uber but leaves no time for the others. now I have to literally think "now which pokemon should I walk today?".

great!
